Wow Courtney...you are coming along great on your tank. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. Do you plan on putting it on a diorama?? If you need any help don't be shy...just ask..

Great job so far.

Hi Mary, I will be putting it on a diorama. I'm not sure what yet because i haven't found any figures that I like yet.
Love Courtney
P.S my Mum (sonja-blue) has now joined Amorama but can't get in the ladies forum.

Yesterday I went to Milton Keynes model show. Mal, my Dad and myself decided I should enter my Sherman into the model competition. I came third, and got a bronze medal.
My Sherman was painted with Tamiya acrylics and weathered with MIG pigments. I used one of my Mum's hairnets for the camo netting.

Thanks Mary, my next project is the dio. after that I'll probably build Wallace and Gromit's anti-pesto van.
I took my medal to school and showed the class, they were all like "wow, I want one of those. Where did you get it?" they asked that even though I explained a thousand times, so hopefully we'll have some more model builders. I'll let them know about Armorama.

Courtney..i like it that you plan to put your model onto a diorama. And i can't wait to see the Wallace and Gromit's anti-pesto van.

I hope that maybe you can get some of your friends intrested in models. Male or Female would be great..although....only the females are special. hehe..

Please keep us posted on your progress of your projects.
