Has anyone heard from Simon?

His sudden departure from MSW hasn't gone unnoticed...

I second that. Hopefully Simon will just start posting pics of the 5 ships he has completed since the last update.

Hi Guys,

Thank you for your concern.

Apologies for the absence, nothing wrong, just too much work, including a fair bit of travelling, so very little time get in online, or in the workshop. I can't give you five new ships, or even any progress on Kagero or Warspite, well not much I think. Danton I afraid was a victim of a rodent raid on fitting out berths, and ended up on the floor.

What time I have had has been used to finish off some wingy thingies from the grey pile of shame for the Fleet Air Arm S.I.G. At Scalemodelworld at Telford. had a call from a fellow modeller after one of their biggest contributors' couldn't make it.

Hopefully will have more time to look in, and after I have finished that job actually get on with some ships, most importantly I am going to catch up with what you guys have been up to over the weekend.

Cheers

Si

Glad to hear you're well Si! That work thing always puts a crimp on the modeling thing! Best of luck getting back to the docks to work on the floaty stuff! I assume you'll be attending the show...please let us know how it goes...and any pics if you can swing it!

Hi Todd,

Thanks Mate, I will be attending the show, and it is my plan to slip a camera in my pocket, so with a bit of luck, will bring back some pics of the ships.

Should be back in the shipyard when I get back from that gig, having a quick look through the forums I have a lot to catch up on.

Cheers

Thanks Todd,

will do my best, although there is a fair chance of a sizable port on "what the tide washed up"

Thanks Joe,

It has made a nice change working on the things with wings, and finishing them. (I will admit the Hellcat Mk1 was started several years ago, and has been glowering at me from the shelf of shame)

I Will do my best to enjoy Telford, and bring some pics back.

Cheers

Si
