Pretty much done, need to add his gun and paint the boots as well as an overall dullcoat. I picked up a few things Friday for the ground work should get rolling on that Sunday or sometime during the week.

Looking very nice.

I don't know much about figures but I do know what I like. This is a nice subject. Seeing a WW1 period piece is refreshing. Thanks for sharing it with us.

very nice painting.it looks more excellent as the boots and helmet details added...
It is only my idea but if I were this guy I would grab the stick grenade instead of carrying it as a rose maybe I should tell this to monsieur Francoise..best regards

Lord Pork

I hope you don't ever tire of hearing us "wow" your fig work, but its the word that immediately comes to mind whenever viewing your figures---just another great job! The gas mask, cross shoulder strap, the epaulets, grenade---very very well done.

In the words of Darth Vader "Impressive---most impressive" :-) :-) Keep us posted.

Thanks for the comments, about this stage in every project I always wonder if it's turing out like I thought it would. Photos seem to have a way of making things look worse than they look when you're holding them.

Slodder: Yeah I thought you while painting the helmet today.... heeeeheeee.

Greywolf: I agree, that is not a real aggressive grip on that grenade, I was just waiting to see who would point it out first!!!
