Here we have the Tamiya 1/700 Scharnhorst with a Hobby boss U-Boat along side. This commission of the Scharnhorst kit was stress free as the Tamiya kit even though it’s old, is still sharp and captures the lines of this elegant ship quite nicely so it is only the case of adding a bit of extra detail mainly on the bulkheads of the ships superstructure to make it visually more interesting.
