Operational Overview
The M113 is probably the most versatile armored vehicle ever produced. 40 years and counting with life extension programs being implemented even today. It's not the prettiest thing to look at but vastly appreciated by those who have served on or with it.

This campaign will highlight the many roles the M113 has played and all the countries where it has served. Let's hope to see many different flavors of the M113.

The Rules and Regs
Anything built on a M113 chassis is included. The possibilities are too numerous to list but in short it includes troop carriers, engineer recovery vehicles, sp guns/mortars, VISMODS, cargo and radar/EW vehicles. If it has that distinctive running gear then it's in. This also includes the newer upgraded M113s with an additional pair of roadwheel. And of course, minus a set of roadwheels, the M113 C&R Lynx.

In or out of service it doesn't matter. Pre or post production and prototypes for those adventurous types. Plus the M113 lineage will be represented with the inclusion of the M114, YPR-765 series, AIFV and the KIFV.

All kits and conversions welcome. Solitary or in a diorama and with or without figures. Nothing beyond test fitting prior to the start date.

Build photos are nice to share techniques and ideas but judging will be based on final product.

Contest Element
Winners will be selected for the following three classes:
1. 1/35 scale with interior
2. 1/35 scale external only. This doesn't mean all hatches closed but most likely the ramp will be up.
3. 1/72-1/76 scale

Medals for the class winners and service ribbons for all participants
