Operational Overview
This campaign is intended to highlight the water effects on a waterline model. Emphasis should be kept on the base and the water. All mediums are allowed, be as expressive and original as you dare. The ship or sub you choose is secondary.

Consider this to be a water base tutorial campaign in which documenting the step by step of the water effects will take priority. I do not want to see someone post a completed model without the necessary steps leading up to its completion!

The Rules and Regs
I'm opening this campaign to a broad range of scales, highlighting the possibility for diversity in water making techniques. All entries must be historically plausible. Ships must be waterlined. For those looking for more challenging options, partially submerged vessels will be allowed (showing detail both beneath and above waterline).

Contest Element
I will personally offer a fine little reward, and as being the sole judge, other staff members will be eligible to enter. Judging will be based on the quality of the base and the ship, say 60/40%, and the progress of documentation throughout the campaign, and will be done at the completion of the contest, as fairly as possible by me. Prize to be determined prior to the start of the contest.

Of course, multiple builds are encouraged, but one entry must be completed prior to starting a second entry.
